Qualified Opportunity Zone Explainer Video

In support of a marketing campaign for Origin Investments QOZ Fund III, I created this short promotional video explaining the benefits of the program to prospective investors. The Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ) program was created to incentivize investment in specific designated communities by offering investors special tax advantages — but the nuances of the law can be difficult to grasp. The goal was to bring investors up to speed on the background and potential benefits of the program in under a minute.

I wrote the script, established the design direction, and selected the stock audio. On the production side, I collaborated with voice talent, directed a designer on several compositions, and got hands-on producing key animated sequences in Adobe After Effects myself.
