Investment Property Promo Video

In support of a marketing campaign for Origin Investments Select Asset Fund, I created this promotional video advertising a property in the fund called Arca II. I built the piece end-to-end — writing the script, creating a storyboard, gathering assets, and animating and editing the video in Adobe After Effects.

One constraint worth calling out: we had no actual footage of this property because it hasn't been built yet. So, the challenge was to paint an exciting picture of a product that doesn't exist.

To give the video life, I used upbeat stock audio and a blend of tactics to generate motion — Ken Burns effects on the property renderings and stock images, animated text sequences, and 3D aerial fly-overs of the location using an online mapping tool called GeoLayers.

I also used an AI text-to-speech tool called ElevenLabs to produce the voiceover.

The result was a compelling property tour assembled without drones, video footage, voice talent, or even a dedicated writer — all in-house, in about six hours total working time.
